Bulldogs Fight for Tough Win 😤

Bulldogs move into 5th on the 2024 NRL Telstra Premiership ladder after a gutsy win over the Sharks on Friday night. The end of the game proved to be tough for both Matt Burton & Nicho Hynes for their respective sides. Burton only missing by a bees dick in both of his 35+ metre attempts at a field goal while Hynes missed the game winner from 15 metres out - spraying it to the left. Burton made him pay down the other end with an absolute dime off the boot, hitting the upright of the goal post and bouncing in. Final score: Bulldogs 15 v Sharks 14.

Out came ex-middleweight and incumbent light heavyweight ruler Alex Pereira, who became a headliner again when the company matched him with past victim Jiří Procházka, whom he defeated to win the vacant 205-pound crown at UFC 295 in New York City.

In the end, a devastating KO from "Poatan" silenced any doubters about who's the king of the light heavyweight division.
